The Examination and Records Division is set to commence the production of certificates for the 2023/2024 graduating students. This is to ensure that their certificates are available for collection during the 28th Convocation Ceremony scheduled to hold from 3rd April to 10th April 2025.

For ease of certificate production, graduating students are expected to complete the online graduating student's clearance and thereafter upload their information & white background passport photograph to generate bio-data for the production of their certificates.

Graduating students are requested to print the completed online bio-data forms, academic profiles and attach a white background passport which should be submitted at their respective faculties on or before close of work on Friday, February 21 2025.

Kindly NOTE the step-by step approach highlighted below for bio-data generation for production of Certificate:

1. Visit LASU website www.lasu.edu.ng

2. Point to STUDENT tab

3. Click on CERTIFICATE PROCESSING

4. Complete the graduates' bio-data form appropriately with correct information

5. Upload your white background passport photograph

Note: No eyeglasses, no cap, no cropped picture, and no selfie is allowed as this will attract a penalty

6. Print out the completed form

7. Attach a white background passport photograph to the bio-data form

8. Submit the bio-data form with a copy of student's academic profile to respective faculty offices on or before close of work on Friday, 21st February 2025.
