Harmattan, Semester, 2019

• Monday 5th August, 2019 - Student Registration online/Orientation week begins 
• Monday 12nd August, 2019 - Classes begin
• Monday 19th August, 2019 - STUDENTS REGISTRATION ENDS
• Thursday – Friday 24th - 25th Oct., 2019 - Mid-Term Break
• Tuesday 12th November, 2019 - UNDERGRADUATE MATRICULATION DAY/CEREMONY
• Friday 22ndNovember, 2019    - Classes end
• Saturday November 23, 2019    - One Month Final Examination Activities starts 
• Saturday 30thNovember, 2019 - 100 and 200 Level Examinations end
• Monday 2nd December, 2019    - 300 to 500 Levels Final Examination Starts 
• Saturday 7th December 2019        - 300 to 500 level examinations ends
• Friday 13th December 2019    - All Grades Uploaded & Submitted to HODs by 12pm 
• Monday 16th December, 2019 - College Boards’ Meeting to Approve Grades, 10am 
• Wednesday 18nd December, 2019    - SBC Meeting on Grades, 10am
• Friday 20th December, 2019    - Senate meeting to Approve Grades by 10.00AM 
• Monday 23rd December, 2019 - Electronic Release of GRADES, 12 noon

Rain Semester, 2020

• Monday 6th January, 2020 - Add and /Drop begins 
• Monday 13th January, 2020 - Classes begin
• Monday 20th January, 2020 - Add and /Drop Ends 
• Thursday – Fri. 20th - 21st March, ‘20 - Mid-Term Break 
• Monday 23rd March, 2020 - Classes resume
• Friday 17th April, 2020 - Classes end
• Saturday 18th April, 2020 - One Month Final Examination Activities start 
• Saturday 25th April, 2020 - 100 level and 200 level Rain Semester exam ends 
• Monday 27 April 2020 - 300 to 500 level examinations start
• Saturday 2 May 2020 - 300 and 500 level examinations end
• Saturday 9th May, 2020 - Final Grades Upload and Submission to HOD, 12pm 
• Monday 11th May, 2020        - College Boards’ Meeting to Approve Grades, 10am
