The Management of Kaduna State University is pleased to share a significant administrative milestone achieved by the Registry Department.

​In the first quarter of 2026, the University successfully processed and signed over 14,000 certificates for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. This accomplishment underscores the institution's strengthened administrative efficiency, commitment to timely service delivery, and adherence to global best practices in academic records management.

​This development represents a major step forward in addressing delays associated with certificate issuance. It reinforces the University's dedication to improving graduate experience and institutional credibility.

​Consequent upon this achievement, all graduates from the 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 Academic Sessions are hereby informed that their certificates are ready for collection with immediate effect.

​Collection Requirements:

Graduates are required to present the following documents at the Academic Affairs Unit:

​Final Year Clearance

​Alumni Payment Receipt

​Statement of Result

​Student Identification Card

​Evidence of School Fees Payment

​Please note that:

​Certificate collection must be done in person; collection by proxy is not permitted.

​Ensure all documentation is complete to avoid delays during collection.

​All staff and stakeholders are encouraged to disseminate this information widely to ensure that affected graduates are promptly informed.
