This year's theme, "Sports for the Promotion of Peaceful and Inclusive Societies," sets the stage for an exploration of the transformative role of sports in building bridges and breaking down barriers.

Participants are encouraged to delve deep into this theme, drawing inspiration from real-world examples like the African Cup of Nations football tournament, and envisioning a future where sports serve as a catalyst for positive change.

The competition unfolds in two engaging phases: the Expression of Interest (EOI) phase and the Finals. During the EOI phase, participants are urged to unleash their creativity and passion for sports by expressing their views on national pride through various mediums—be it through writing, artwork, or multimedia presentations. This phase is your chance to showcase your unique perspective and set the stage for the essay writing journey ahead.

As finalists, you'll embark on the essay writing phase, where you'll tackle the designated topic with thoughtfulness and clarity. This is your opportunity to amplify your voice, share your vision for a more peaceful and inclusive society, and inspire others with your words. With transportation reimbursements provided for finalists, all you need to focus on is delivering your best work and leaving a lasting impression.

At the heart of this competition lies a celebration of achievement and recognition. All participants advancing to the final stage will receive certificates of participation, while the top 10 entries will be featured on their social media platforms, amplifying your message of peace to a wider audience. And for the top three winners, there's more than just recognition—prizes await, including cash awards and commemorative plaques honoring your remarkable contributions.
