In a special bulletin released on March 10, the institution’s Registrar, Dr. Muhammed Tanimu, acknowledged the "genuine concern and frustration" felt by graduates over the delay in their mobilization. The Polytechnic expressed full understanding of the importance of the NYSC scheme to the career development and personal growth of its former students.

The bulletin assured candidates that the institution is not being complacent. Management is reportedly maintaining "constant liaison" with the NYSC National Directorate Headquarters and the Kaduna State Secretariat to resolve the systemic issues causing the delay.

Notably, the Polytechnic pointed out that these mobilization challenges are not unique to Kaduna Polytechnic, but are currently affecting several other institutions across the country due to "systemic and policy-related factors."

A primary reason cited for the appeal to cancel the protest is the risk of security breaches. Management expressed deep concern that even a peacefully intended gathering could be:

Infiltrated by unscrupulous elements with ulterior motives.

Hijacked, leading to property damage or harm to persons.

Disruptive to the "prevailing peace and security" currently enjoyed within the Polytechnic and Kaduna State.

The Registrar urged all prospective corps members to exercise further patience while the institution intensifies its advocacy efforts at the appropriate levels. The management promised to provide updates as soon as meaningful progress is reported by NYSC authorities.

The bulletin concluded with a request for cooperation to maintain the stability and peace of the institution.
