This is the official registration template provided by JAMB for the 2025 UTME. Completing the attached form accurately will help ensure a smooth registration process when you eventually visit an accredited JAMB registration centre. DO NOT PAY for this template, and DO NOT SUBMIT the template to the registration centre.

The 2025 JAMB registration opens any time from now and this document will guide you through the registration process by providing all the necessary information required by accredited JAMB CBT centres. Be sure to download and print the form. While this template document is offered for free, printing it at any cybercafe will cost you a token. You don't have to print it in colour to save cost. Candidates are advised to complete the 2025 registration template correctly before heading to an accredited centre for registration.

Filling out the template in advance ensures you make informed decisions about your choices and selections before your actual registration. It will also help prevent common registration errors. If you need assistance with the form, we recommend you consult your parents/guardians, mentors, elder siblings, teachers, or lecturers for support in filling it out correctly.

Please note that this is a TEMPLATE intended to help candidates consult with their parents/guardians and properly complete the original online registration form at accredited CBT centres. 

The registration period will last for six weeks. This gives you ample time to review the registration template and ensure every section is filled out correctly before you proceed with the official registration.

For the main exam which comes up in April or May, get the 2025 Myschool JAMB CBT Practice Mobile App  or the 2025 JAMB CBT Practice Computer Software.
