Applications are invited from interested suitably qualified candidates for the 2022/2023 academic year scholarship awards.

Eligibility:
To qualify for the Itsekiri Education Trust Scholarship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Itsekiri by Birth: Applicants must be of Itsekiri descent by birth.

2. Studying in Nigerian Tertiary Institution (University): Candidates must be enrolled in a Nigerian tertiary institution, specifically a university.

3. Second Year Status: Applicants should be in their second year of study in their respective courses at the university.

The application should be by a properly dated letter which should clearly state the following:

• The full names of the candidate
• Course of study
• Local government area of Origin
• Postal Address and Residential Address

The following documents should be attached to the letter of application:

• Certificate of Local Government of Origin / Letter from Community
• Evidence of Admission or Matriculation
• First-year Result or 100 level Results
• Student pin number.
