This is to inform myschoolcomm and the general public that the security in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka has been beefed up to the highest maximum following the recent security challenges in the country.

The security team comprises the school security and members of the Anti -cult squad. One of the two main gains into the school premises has now been shut down leaving the beautiful tower gate open with security personnel to stop and search all cars before gaining access to the school about 15 yards from the gate.

Also the administrative building is not left out, as one of the two gates [back] is locked leaving the other one [front] open with serious checking of all persons and bags entering the building.

Security patrol is also on-going in the school with 24/7 surveillance.

Remember security is everybody responsibility, report any suspicious within your departments, lodges, school, church to the nearest security office.
