The Management of the National Open University of Nigeria, Lagos Mainland Study Centre 1, has released the official schedule for the upcoming Seminar and Micro-teaching sessions. All concerned students are advised to take note of the dates and requirements below:

Event Schedule

• Monday, April 20, 2026: Undergraduate Seminar / Micro-teaching (Faculty of Education) – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, April 21, 2026: Postgraduate Seminar (Masters) (Faculty of Education) – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, April 22, 2026: Undergraduate Seminar for Biology and Computer Science (Faculty of Computing and Sciences) – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Thursday, April 23, 2026: Seminar for Faculties of Agriculture, Arts, Health Sciences, and Social Sciences – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Friday, April 24, 2026: SIWES (All Faculties) – 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Important Guidelines for Presenters

To ensure a smooth exercise, students must strictly adhere to the following directives:

• PowerPoint Requirement: All students presenting their seminars MUST use PowerPoint slides.
• Submission Deadline: Slides must be submitted to the Desk Officers 24 hours prior to the presentation date.
• Hard Copies: Students are required to bring along three (3) physical copies of their PowerPoint slides.
• Punctuality: Candidates are expected to arrive at the venue at least one hour before the scheduled start time. Lateness will not be tolerated and will be duly sanctioned.
