This is to inform all staff and students that the Academic Board at its emergency meeting held on Ist November, 2022 approved as follows:

1. COMMENCEMENT DATE: 3rd November, 2022- Arrival of New and Returning Students

2. REGISTRATION OF STUDENTS

I. Registration shall commence immediately;

ii. New Students who fail to register after a given period of two weeks for late registration may consider themselves withdrawn from the Polytechnic, and late registration attracts a fee of Five Thousand naira only (N5,000.00);

iii. Late final submission of registration documents at the Registry by students shall attract a penalty fee of Ten Thousand naira only (N10,000.00) and a subsequent Ten Thousand naira only (N10,000.00) per year

iv. Late semester course registration carries a penalty fee of One Thousand naira only (NI,000.00);

v. Students must ensure completion of course registration before the commencement of semester examinations. Those who fail to conclude their course registration may not be allowed into the examination hall,

vi. Lists of students who had paid their fees would be compiled and made available for all HODs;

vii. Spillover students must attend lectures and pay half of the normal fees as appropriate before the date of the carryover examinations.
