In a landmark move to prioritize student academic success and mental well-being, the Management of Heritage Polytechnic has announced a significant relaxation of its school fees payment policy.
The decision comes after Management observed that financial pressures often serve as a major distraction for students during critical examination periods, ultimately hindering their academic performance. To combat this, the institution has shifted its focus toward fostering an environment of "concentration and improved outcomes."

Under the newly approved directive, the previous restrictions regarding fee clearance have been eased. Effective immediately, all students are granted the following permissions:
The core of this policy shift is the deferment of outstanding fees. Students are now permitted to settle their financial obligations at the point of certificate collection, rather than being barred from academic milestones.
However, the institution has issued a critical requirement for documentation: All students must use their official registration numbers during examinations to ensure their results are properly recorded and tracked within the system.
"This policy is introduced to support students in achieving academic success without undue financial pressure," stated Aaron Ayara, Public Relations Officer, in the official notice.
For further clarifications or specific inquiries, students are advised to visit the Bursary Department.
