This is to inform all students of Federal University Wukari, Taraba State, that in line with the Students' Union Government's commitment to protecting students from fraud, exploitation, and excessive accommodation charges, the union has released an updated list of certified and recognized accommodation agents approved for off-campus services.

​Any agent whose name does not appear on this list is not recognized by the Students' Union Government (SUG), and the Union shall not be held responsible for any transaction carried out with such persons. Students are strongly advised to patronize only the certified agents listed below for easy identification, accountability, and proper tracking whenever the need arises.

​Guidelines for Students:

​Deal only with SUG-certified agents.

​Ensure a receipt of payment is issued for every transaction.

​Properly confirm and understand the actual cost of rent before making payment.

​Avoid making payments to unknown or uncertified agents.

​The approved agent fee for accommodation processing is ₦10,000 only.

​Any agent demanding charges beyond the approved fee should be reported immediately to the Students' Union Government (SUG).
