The Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi (FUTIA), Akwa Ibom State, has announced the release of its 2025 Admissions List on the JAMB portal. Candidates who applied to FUTIA as their first choice and participated in the online screening exercise are advised to check their admission status via JAMB CAPS and accept their offer.

• • Click on ‘Check Admission Status,
• • Click on ‘Access my CAPS’
• • Click on 'Admission Status' to see if you have been offered admission.

Successful candidates are to proceed to the university’s portal at portal.futia.edu.ng to pay their acceptance fees. The screening and registration exercise will take place at the University Lecture Theatre, Takeoff Campus, Ikot Abasi, from Monday, 6th October to Monday, 20th October, 2025, starting daily by 9 a.m.

Applicants are required to bring original copies of necessary documents, including JAMB results, admission letters, O’level results, birth certificates, certificates of origin, passport photographs, and other listed credentials.

The institution emphasized that admission is released in batches and advised candidates to keep checking their JAMB CAPS regularly. FUTIA also warned against dealing with unauthorized agents, noting that all payments should be made only through the university portal.
