i havent been able to register because it alway show an error message [invalid credentials, you have 2 attempts left] please is it their website that is faulty or it is my jamb reg numbers that have issues?

I'm among the 2018/19 aspirants with jamb registration no 86096348DE, I changed my course from civil engineering to industrial chemistry since tuesday 24th of July but it hasn't been updated on the screening portal it still shows civil engineering Pls anyone no what is going on it

Hi, plz, I was sent a text message to update my Qualification and aggregate on d student profile. Isnt My Qualification and aggregate score supposed to be my grade(Upper credit) and my CGPA (3.15)? I have tried to update it but it keeps returning to A'level, IJMB, JUPEB as qualification and 12 as the aggregate score.
Plz what can i do?
