The instructions and procedures needed for online clearance for 2013/2014 Fresh students of the Federal University Otuoke has been released by the school's management.

According to the information released, the Acceptance Fee has been pegged at N15,000 while another fee tagged "Verification of result" has been tagged at N2,000.

Students who intend to commence their online clearance are to follow these procedures;

1. Print your FU Otuoke admission letter using your JAMB registration number.

2. Buy the FU Otuoke Acceptance e-Pin Slip from Diamond Bank Yenagoa.

3. Go to http://www.fuotuoke.ac and click on (Admission/Clearance Procedures) or visit http://www.fuotuoke.ac/adminclear/

4. click on (Step 2: Online Clearance)

5. Your existing details filled in the Post-UTME will be used. Any errors noticed by you can only be corrected through the Admissions Office.

6. You will need to fill in any required details in the empty spaces provided. Ensure you provide accurate and up-to-date information.

7. You will need to scan and upload the documents as stated in Part B below. To ensure a speedy clearance verification process, ensure that all scanned and uploaded documents are clear and are of the right size.

8. To verify that your online clearance has been properly done, ensure that you preview your filled-in details at the last stage of the clearance wizard. Effect any corrections now, as making corrections later is a process and will be difficult.

9. When done, please proceed to the Admissions office at FU Otuoke for documents verification. Physical verification of documents has already begun.

Please bring along original copies of the same set of documents used for online clearance, as any discrepancy could cost you your admission.

Also bring along a copy of your Post-UTME Application Form.

B.DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

All documents should be scanned in the attached in JPEG/JPG format.

10. WAEC/NECO/SSCE/GCE/ (O/L) NABTEB result. You are allowed a maximum of two (2) results.

11. Signed Statutory Declaration.

12. Two (2) Signed Attestation letters addressed to:

Bayelsa State. Nigeria

13. Birth Certificate/Age Declaration

14. Local Government Area Identification Letter.

NOTE:

You are NOT to pay school fees until you have done your online clearance, verified your documents the at Admisions office, FU Otuoke and have been told to go and pay your fees. School Fees are to be paid at Diamond Bank Yenagoa Branch.
