This is to inform all prospective candidates seeking for admission into the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA), that the registration for the online screening exercise for 2026/2027 admissions will commence on Monday 22nd June, 2026 and end on Friday 17th July, 2026.
CUT-OFF POINTS

In line with the policies of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB), the Senate has approved the Cut-off Points for Admission into the University for 2026/2027 Session as follows:
MBBS and BDS Dentistry: 220 and above
Nursing Sciences, Optometry, Physiotherapy, Radiography, BMLS and Audiology: 200 and above
Nutrition and Dietetics, Information Technology & Health Informatics, Environmental Health Sciences, Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Speech Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Health Information Management, Public Health and Pharmacology: 160 and above
Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology and Microbiology: 150 and above
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for admission, a candidate must have the following:
Candidates must have sat for the 2026 JAMB UTME, scored a minimum Cut-off points set by the University in respect of the course applied for (as per table above) and chosen FUHSA as first choice.
Obtained a minimum of five (5) relevant credits at 'O' level (including English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry) in not more than two sittings;
Sat for the relevant subject combination in the 2026 UTME;
PROCEDURE
Eligible candidates should visit the University's website at www.fuhsa.edu.ng for the registration and screening procedures.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Eligible candidates are to create accounts and pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira Only (N2,000.00) for the screening exercise through the online screening portal on https://fuhsa.admissions.cloud
PHYSICAL SCREENING
Physical screening will commence from Monday 27th July to Friday 31st July, 2026
Candidate's date of Physical Screening is as indicated on the acknowledgement received after successful online registrar.
