This is to inform all candidates who applied for admission into Federal University Birnin Kebbi through Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (D.E) and chose the University as their first choice that online screening for the 2025/2026 Admission begins on Monday 11th August, 2025. Candidates with a minimum of 150 points at UTME, Lower Credit at National Diploma from recognized institutions or 7 points at NCE/IJMB for D.E are advised to follow the online screening procedure to register.

SCREENING PROCEDURE 
1. Visit the eForms portal at https://eforms.fubk.edu.ng  

2. If you are a new user, click on Create Account, provide your details and activate your account  

3. If you are a returning user, login with your email and password  

4. Select PUTME form from the drop down menu and order  

5. Provide your JAMB number and confirm the details. If there is any error, contact admissions@fubk.edu.ng  

6. Generate and pay your invoice of Two Thousand Naira (N2000) only (bank charges exclusive) using any of the payment channels  

7. Verify your National Identity Number (NIN) by following instructions provided  

8. Complete the O Level and A Level sections  

9. Confirm and submit your application

NOTE:
PUTME screening is strictly online, therefore, you do not need to visit any of our campuses. The deadline is Thursday, 11th September, 2025.
