Senate at its 260 (Regular) Meeting held on Thursday 27 November, 2014, constituted an Investigation
Committee on Collection of Illegal Charges in the University of Agriculture, Makurdi with the following terms of reference.

1. To investigate all issues related to the alleged
collection of illegal charges from the undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Departments and Colleges of the University.

2. To make recommendations for consideration by Senate.
The committee at its inaugural meeting held on Wednesday, 4 February, 2015 decided to obtain necessary
information from all Students, all Class or Level Representatives, all Students Professional Associations, all Staff and the entire University Community, who have information on collection of illegal charges in the various Departments and Colleges of the University, and hereby places a call for Memorandum from the listed stakeholders.

The information required should by type written, submitted in two (2) hard copies and if possible in softcopy.

The requested Memoranda which is expected on or before 4.00 p.m on Thursday, 28 May, 2015 is to be submitted to: The Secretary, Senate Investigation Committee on Collection of Illegal Charges in the University of Agriculture, Makurdi. C/o Office of the Registrar,
