The Management of the Polytechnic has observed disparities in project work of the final year students in the institution. Therefore, for the purpose of quality, uniformity and timely presentation of projects, the Management has decided that the Polytechnic Library shall henceforth handle the binding of final year student projects.

In view of the above, I have been directed to inform you that the Management has approved a fee of Six hundred and fifty naira (N650:00) only per copy of the project to be collected immediately by heads of department from students of their respective departments. The monies collected shall be paid to the Bursary and evidence of payments and the projects be submitted to the Polytechnic Librarian for further necessary action.
