Applications are invited for admission into the Ordinary and Advanced Certificate courses in French language at the Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri.

Duration: The specified duration(s) of study for the French Language at the Center are as follows:

• BEGINNER’S FRENCH 1   FEES: N25,000:00    

TIME SCHEDULE:              MONDAY-         WEDNESDAY-       THURSDAY

DURATION:                       SIX (6) WEEKS

• BEGINNER’S FRENCH 2 (INTERMEDIATE) FEES: N25,000:00 

TIME SCHEDULE:         MONDAY-     WEDNESDAY-        THURSDAY 

DURATION:                   SIX (6) WEEKS

• INTENSIVE FRENCH 2 FEES: N40,000:00 

             TIME SCHEDULE:        MONDAY - THURSDAY 9:00 A.M – 12NOON 

OR  2:00P.M – 5:00P.M

DURATION:               SIX (6) WEEKS

• INTERNATIONAL EXAM: DELF A1-  DALF C1-  2022 (Fees are usually determined by the French organisers and are taken at a specified time of the year.) 
• REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum age: 16 years.
• Interest in the French language
• 4 or 5 credits in SSCE/GCE O’ level or its equivalent at not more than two (2) sittings.

PROFESSIONAL FRENCH- (Français Professionnel): Senior Administrative and Academic Staff of the Polytechnic Nekede Owerri and other institutions, Company Executives, Civil Servants, Bankers, Hoteliers, Human Resources Managers etc.

1. INTENSIVE BEGINNER’S FRENCH CLASSES- Prospective candidates intending to be bilingual in order to adapt to global trends, are welcome to gain from this opportunity presented by this institution. There are in-class and online teaching, to suit the needs of every applicant.
