The management of Federal Polytechnic, Idah, Kogi State, has announced the display of the 2023/2024 National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) graduates’ list for verification of names and other personal details.

According to an internal memo dated 14th January, 2026, and signed by the Deputy Registrar (Academic Affairs), E. A. Omattah, all ND and HND graduates of the 2023/2024 academic session who have paid the prescribed ₦15,000 certificate fee are required to carefully confirm the correctness of their names and other details.

The verification exercise is aimed at ensuring accuracy before the management forwards the records for the production of graduates’ certificates. Graduates who notice any errors or discrepancies are advised to report to the Academic Affairs Division, Room 8, for necessary corrections.

The exercise is scheduled to run from 14th January to 28th January, 2026.

The Polytechnic management has warned that it will not be held liable for any errors discovered after the deadline, urging all concerned graduates to take the exercise seriously.

The notice has been circulated to key officers of the institution, including the Rector, Deputy Rectors, Registrar, Bursar, Polytechnic Librarian, Dean of Student Affairs, and the Students’ Union Government (SUG), and has also been placed on the notice board for public awareness.
