You are hereby informed that the Academic Board, at its Regular Meeting held on Wednesday, 14th January, 2026, deliberated extensively on the 2026 Convocation Ceremony.

At the meeting, the Board reviewed the earlier date of Wednesday, 4th February, 2026, as approved in the Academic Calendar, and observed that, in view of the revised Institutional programmes, it had become necessary to adjust the date in order to ensure adequate preparation and a successful ceremony.

Consequently, the Academic Board approved Wednesday, 15th April, 2026 as the new date for the 2026 Convocation Ceremony.

In view of the above, all Organs, Units, Committees, and Stakeholders of the Polytechnic concerned with the planning and execution of the Convocation Ceremony are hereby requested to commence and intensify necessary preparations towards the successful hosting of the programme.

All concerned are requested to note and comply accordingly.
