I wish to inform you that the list of the students who paid and submitted their evidence of payments has been compiled.

I am, therefore, to inform you to kindly crosscheck the list on the notice boards to ensure that your names are not omitted and all details are correct.

You are to report to the Academic Affairs Division, Room 8, Old Admin Block, in case there is a need for any correction(s).

This exercise will last from 9th to 12th February, 2026.

Meanwhile, if you are privileged to have this information, kindly inform other colleagues accordingly.
