• e) Physics obtained in net more than two sittings from WAEC and/or NECO.
• NABTEB stands alone, cannot be combined with another Certificate.

• ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (CBT): Saturday 1st March, 2025 at 8:00am
• VENUE: Blue Crescent Schools, Mabera Sokoto
• INTERVIEW: Monday 3rd March, 2025
• VENUE: Academic Building, College of Nursing Sciences, FNPH Kware, Sokoto
• TIME: 8:00am

POST BASIC MENTAL HEALTH-PSYCHIATRIC NURSING

DURATION OF PROGRAMME: 18 Calendar Months

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A Minimum of five (5) O'level Credits in a) English

• b) Mathematics
• c) Biology
• d) Chemistry
• e) Physics obtained in not more than two sittings from WAEC and/or NECO.
• NABTEB stands alone, cannot be combined with another Certificate.
• General Nursing Certificate (RN) Registered by the Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria
• SALE OF FORMS: Friday, 17th January - Friday, 14th March, 2025
• ENTRANCE EXAMINATION & SELECTION INTERVIEW:To be communicated to the applicants through SMS

PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASE OF THE FORM

1. Forms can be accessed in the Admission Office of the College after the payment of a non-refundable sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) Only in the Accounts and Finance Department of the Hospital.

2. NOTE THAT: No agent is authorized to collect payment or issue admission forms on behalf of the College.
