This is to inform all the students of NDI and HNDI of the 2022/2023 Academic Session that the school portal for the filling of the students' request forms for identity card production is open for the duration of two weeks and failure to do so will attract a fine of one thousand naira only (#1000).

The procedure specified below should be strictly followed:

1.  Login in with JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER or HND FORM NUMBER (whichever is applicable).
2.  Upload a good quality passport photograph which shows all facial features clearly (photograph taken with head gears are not acceptable). The passport photo must be of JPEG format and between 40 and 50kb in size. 
3. Upload scanned signature with white background. This must be of JPEG format and between 40 and 50kb in size. 
4.  Print the ID card request form and present same to the respective HOD for authentication. HOD's should kindly ensure that only registered students are authenticated, please.
5.  Submit the duly authenticated form to the secretary of the department. Secretaries should please arrange the forms serially and submit to the Identity Card Unit along with the list of registered students. 
6.  All students should fill their details in CAPITAL LETTER and equally check for correction to avoid error before submission. 

All students are expected to treat this request urgently and ensure compliance with the above directive as no complaint would be entertained when the portal is closed. Your prompt adherence is highly solicited, please.
