The Rector Engr Dr. Man Yahaya Sanni had observed that some members of the polytechnic community are communicating officially in long hand (handwriting)instead of type written format. The Rector is of the opinion that official communications such as memo letters, circulars ade better done is type written format than handwriting. 

Having regards to the above, the Rector had directed that all official communications should be done in type written form as hand written communications will no longer be acceptable. The foregoing is for the compliance of all staff , students and other stakeholders.
