The Directorate of Information of the Faculty of Management Sciences Students’ Association (FAMSSA), University of Uyo Chapter, has released an official notice outlining the necessary requirements for the signing of course forms at the Faculty Office.

In a statement signed by the Director of Information, Vincent Mark, all newly admitted students (Year 1 and Direct Entry) are urged to adhere to the outlined procedures to ensure a smooth and seamless process.

Students are required to compile a file containing the following documents:

1. School Fees Receipt: One (1) copy, duly stamped and signed.

2. Course Forms: Four (4) original copies.

3. Dues Receipts: Official receipts for both Faculty and Departmental dues.

4. Constitution Receipt: Evidence of payment for the Faculty Constitution.

The notice further emphasized that before proceeding to the Faculty Office for final stamping, students must ensure their course forms have been duly signed by the Departmental Examination Officer and the Head of Department (HOD).

The association urged all students to cooperate and follow the procedure to avoid any delays in the registration process.
