“The institution did not issue, authorize, or approve the advertisement in question,” the statement read. “We have no affiliation whatsoever with the individuals, offices, contact details, or address mentioned.”

The management stressed that all official communications, including recruitment exercises, are disseminated strictly through its approved and verifiable channels.

Describing the publication as a calculated attempt to defraud unsuspecting members of the public, the institution urged individuals to exercise caution.

It advised the public to disregard the advertisement entirely and warned against submitting CVs, personal documents, or engaging with the listed contacts. It also cautioned against making any payments in connection with the fake recruitment notice.

“Anyone who interacts with the said advertisement does so at their own risk,” the statement added.

The institution reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, integrity, and due process, while urging the public to remain vigilant and report suspicious messages falsely claiming association with the polytechnic.
