ESUT Directs Students Yet to Receive NELFUND Refund to Report to Student Affairs

The management of Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Enugu, through the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs, has issued an important notice to students who received a "Disbursed" notification from NELFUND for the 2025/2026 academic session but are yet to receive their school fees refund.

According to an internal memorandum dated 27th March, 2026, all affected students who have already paid their school fees despite receiving the disbursement notification are required to report to the Student Affairs Department on Tuesday, 31st March, 2026 for refund processing.

ESUT Directs Students Yet to Receive NELFUND Refund to Report to Student Affairs

The memorandum, signed by the Dean of Student Affairs, Prof. Ifeoma Mary Okwo, stated that students must come along with a formal application letter addressed to the Dean, Student Affairs.

Required Information for Refund Processing

Students are expected to include the following details in their application:

  • Bank account details (Commercial bank accounts only)
  • Valid contact phone number
  • Copy of 2025/2026 school fees payment receipt

Important Notice

All affected students are strongly advised to comply with this directive promptly as any delay may affect the timely processing of their refunds.

For further clarification, students are advised to visit the Student Affairs Department.
