Newly admitted students of the Ekiti State University, Eksu, have taken their oaths of Matriculation pledging to obey the authorities of the University and be of good character in the course of their studies in the institution .

Welcoming the fresher into EKSU, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Patrick Oladipo Aina told the students that the University will equip them to live in a dynamic global community and urged them to brace up to accept their responsibilities in the new vision of the institution to transform to a nationally prominent model of a world-class University.

Professor assured the parents and guardians of the students that their wards are in safe hands as the University is ready to groom the fresh students to be men and women of impeccable character.

Professor Aina urged the students to be law abiding and avoid illegal and criminal associations, shun examination malpractices, drugs and have respect for life and human dignity.
