Its sad to say that there cant be a lasting solution to this problem... You can drag a horse to the river but you can't force it to drink water. What ma tryin to say is that good measurment can be put in place for studnts to pass.. But you can't force a student to read for exams even if there is enough facilities to help the student. Success is by determination whether there is facilities or not if you want to succeed you can if you are determined. You cant expect waec or neco to set nursery questions in order to help students pass... The only help they can do is to make sure all legal schools have the right and current syllabus.
