• 1. JAMB Result Slip
• 2. OL Result
• 3. Certificate of Local Government of Origin
• 4 Two (2) Recent Passport Photographs
• 5. The Application Form(photocopy) and Bursary receipt
• 6. Birth Certificate

Candidates are also advised to make themselves available for the screening and adhere strictly to all COVID-19 protocols.
