The affected students are expected to come along with the originals end photocopies of the following documents for the exercise

1. Entry Clearance Forms duly signed at the point of entry by designated Screening Officers

2.W  NCE & NABTEB Certificate

3. JAMB  AdmissionLetters

4. ND/NCE Certificate Transcripts for Direct Entry Students

5. Student Identity Cards

6.Those Students who entered the University through Pre-degree should come along with their Pre-degree Clearance Form and Admission Letter

7. Any student who did not screen as at when due would be liable to a penal fee of N30,000.00
