Mtshwwwwwwwwwww,the skul fees is not much,very easy for him to say,answer me mr is not much is all the skul fees u paid during ur higher education up to dat?u pple shuld hv human feelings ooo,anyway apga will not rule anambra again na APC all d way!atleast we will be sure of low skul fees.
