Friday,7 December 2012 was a remarkable, memorable and a day never to forget in the history of Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka(NAU) especially for those who were admitted in the 2012/13 Academic Session as their were formally welcomed into the School on their Matriculation Day.

The event was colourful as usual, students were happy and on their beautiful attires and gowns were sitted on their various faculty canopies at the arena waiting for the VC to welcome them.

After the students have sang the school anthem and sworn the oath, the Vice-Chancellor Prof. B.C.E Egboka and other principal Officers formally welcomeed them into the University.

After then it was celebration galore as usual, students snapping photos and eating with family members, friends, course mates, while various campus fellowship, SUG contestants among other were trying to get members to their favour among other activities.
