Applicants must possess 5 Credit passes at not more than two sittings in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. However, applicants applying for all programmes, minimum JAMB cut-off marks should be 100, Except SCHOOL OF MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY, SCHOOL OF PHARMACY and SCHOOL OF COMMUNITY HEALTH SCIENCES, which requires a minimum of JAMB cut-off marks of 110. Similarly, the sales of Application form is at the cost of Six Thousand Naira only N6000.

• Candidates who have not initially chosen the CHST Tsafe for the above mention programmes as their first choice can obtain GREEN CARD and make an appropriate changes before the deadline of admission screening
