It is hereby announced for the Information of the General Public particularly Deltans in Nigerian Universities that following the approval by the Nigerian-Sao Tome and Principe Joint Development Authority to grant Scholarship to selected Indigent Students of Delta State origin in Nigerian Universities.

Eligibility: 

• Applicants must be Deltans
• Applicants must be in their first year of study in any Nigerian Institution.
• Applicants must be proficient in English Language

Application Process: The following information should be sent to the Delta State Bursary and Scholarship Board's email: dsbsb@deltastate.gov.ng;

• the applicants contact name/institution, 
• Local Government Area of origin certificate,
• undergraduate status( Admission letter School ID card),
• email address,
• phone numbers,
• National identity Number (NIN) etc.

Applicants should note that all prospective awardees will undergo an independent online assessment to be conducted by our operating partner to determine their suitability for the award
