This is to inform the public that the 31st Convocation Ceremonies for the graduands of 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 academic sessions will hold from Monday, 18th to Saturday, 23rd May, 2015.

Important Notice To Graduands

Postgraduate students are to pay the sum of N6,000 only, being cost of hire of Academic Gown, purchase of Order of Proceedings and collection of certificate. While Undergraduate Students are to pay of N4,000 only, being cost of the same items. Diploma students are to pay the sum of N1000, being cost of Order of Proceedings only.

2)All payments are to be made at the cash office and Academic Gowns are to be collected from the Directorate of Examinations, Admissions and Records (DEAR) as from Thursday, 14th May, 2015, (upon evidence of payment) while the Book of Order of Proceedings will be issued in the Directorate upon return of the Academic Gown.

3)Certificates will be issued at the Registrar’s Office upon evidence of payment of N3,000 (Postgraduate), and N2,000 (Undergraduate), provision of Clearance Form, ID Card, and original statement of Result, on the day the Candidate has convocated.

4)Ensure that you present yourself for the collection of Certificate on the stipulated date stated above i.e. when students of your Faculty are suppose to graduate, while Saturday, 23rd May, 2015, will be reserved for Postgraduate students only.

5)Ensure that you go to the Registrar’s Office for the Collection of your Certificate on the stipulated date you are suppose to convocate. Collection of Certificate after Convocation will attract a surcharge of N2,000. Saturday 23rd May, 2015, is reserved for Postgraduate students only.
