This is to inform newly admitted students, the University Community, and the general public that the 31st Combined Matriculation Ceremony of the Benue State University for Regular Freshmen of the 2023/2024 Academic Session/Sandwich and Part-Time Freshmen for the 2020/2021, 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 Academic Sessions earlier scheduled for Friday, 9th August, 2024 will now hold on Friday, 23rd August, 2024 at the New Convocation Square by 9:00am. Matriculating students are expected to be dressed in their respective faculty academic gowns and seated by 8:30 am for the ceremony.

They are to contact their Faculty Officers, Secretaries of the Sandwich Programme and Centre for Continuing Education who will issue Academic gowns to them for the Matriculation Ceremony after payment of the sum of Two Thousand (N2,000.00) naira only using either Fidelity Bank plc account number 5030023693 or Zenith Bank, account number 1011136506 respectively.

Newly admitted students into undergraduate programmes of the University are by this announcement enjoined to complete all registration processes on or before Thursday, 22nd August, 2024.

The Matriculation Ceremony would be preceded with a 2-day Orientation Exercise from Wednesday, 21st to Thursday, 22nd August, 2024.

 In view of the above, the days slated for Orientation Exercise and Matriculation Ceremony shall be lecture free for the fresh undergraduates.
