All parents and students entering into the University on resumption day are expected to come in through the main gate along Idiroko express road;All vehicles entering the University at the gate are mandated to undergo security checks;Clearance for admission into the halls of residence will be issued at the following locations:

It should be noted that clearance will be issued on Departmental basis.

GENERAL INSTRUCTION

1. 1. All students from 100 to 500 level are expected to resume on Wednesday, 22nd March, 2023;
   2. Students are expected to arrive between the hours of 8:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.
   3. Only students are allowed into the clearance venue;
   4. Fee defaulters will not be attended to;
   5. A minimum of 60% and 80% of the total fees are expected to have been paid by 100 and 200 level and 300 to 500 level students respectively;
   6. Bursary Unit is expected to have desks at each venue to confirm payment;
   7. Fully signed course registration form should be sighted and submitted to the Department;
   8. Students are to present hardcopy of evidence of payment at the Bursary point for authentication;
   9. All students are expected to be decently dressed:
   10. All females student should have their hair at mid back length and of their natural colour (odd colours or tinted colours are not allowed);
   11. All male students are to cut their hair neatly and low, beards are to be clean shaved.

AT THE HALL OF RESIDENCE

1. 1. The Porters are expected to carry out the normal halls of residence admission procedures for the students and collect evidence of school fees payment;
   2. Students are to show their hostel identification cards and clearance slip that allows access into the halls of residence.
