Graduating students are entitled to receive a total of 6 tickets for their family and guests to attend the graduation ceremony.

Tickets will be required for admittance to the ceremony. This policy will be strictly enforced. Graduating students will NOT need a ticket for entry to the ceremony.

Also, graduating students are entitled to 4 tickets for their family and guests to attend the Senior Awards Ceremony. This event is also strictly by invitation as each student will be allocated a table.

Ticket distribution will take place on Thursday, May 10, 2013 after the rehearsal at the Lamido Aliyu Musdafa Commencement Hall.

To claim tickets students must appear in person.
Request for additional ticket may be considered on a case by case basis. Lost tickets will NOT be replaced.

CAPS AND GOWNS

Regalia will be distributed from the following dates and times;

Monday, May 06 – Wednesday, May 08, 2013 from 9:00a.m. - 3:00p.m.
Thursday, May 09, 2013 from 10:00a.m - 1:00p.m.

Undergraduates who are graduating with University Honours will receive gold honors sash with their orders to wear during the ceremony.

Students must return their entire order (including honors sash) by 4 p.m. on Monday (May 13.) Students who fail to return regalia will be charged the full replacement price of the order and will not receive their degrees until their account is fully settled.
