ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. 100 Level Admission

• A minimum UTME Score of 170 in the JAMB (2021) examinations with the appropriate combinations regardless of institution of first choice.

• 5 relevant O' Level credit passes (Including English and Mathematics) obtained in not more than 2 sittings, from any approved examination bodies.

2. Direct Entry Candidates (200 Level)

• Are expected to be matured candidates, aged not least 25 years as at January, 2022.

• Possess recognized Advanced Level qualifications in areas relevant to the Progra mmes. Such qualifications include: General Certificate of Education (GCE), 'A' Leve 1, Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) certificate-(with minimum of 6 points). National Diploma (ND), Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE), and any other equiv alent and relevant qualification (s).

• Possess relevant O' Level credit passes (Including English and Mathematics) obtained in not more than 2 sittings from any approved examination bodies.

3. 400 Level Admission

• Are expected to be matured candidates aged not least 25 years as at January, 202 2.

• Possess recognized Advanced Level qualifications in areas relevant to the Progra mmes. Such qualifications include: General Certificate of Education (GCE), 'A' Leve 1, Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) certificate (with minimum of 6 points), Third-Class Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND)- (with above Pass) and any other equivalent and relevant qualification (s). Possess relevant O' Level credit passes (Including English and Mathematics) obtai ned in not more than 2 sittings from any approved examination bodies.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE NEW COURSES

1. Direct Entry Candidates (200 Level)

• Are expected to be matured candidates, aged not least 25 years as at January, 20 22.

• Possess recognized Advanced Level qualifications in areas relevant to the Programmes. Such qualifications include: General Certificate of Education (GCE), 'A' Leve 1, Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB) certificate - (with minimum of 6 points). National Diploma (ND), Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE), and any other equiv alent and relevant qualification (s).

• Possess relevant O' Level credit passes (Including English and Mathematics) obtained in not more than 2 sittings from any approved examination bodies.

METHOD APPLICATION

Step 1

• JAMB Part-Time Registration: All applicants should log onto JAMB online application Platform for part time degree programme and select SCEKASU and follow th e instructions including payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Five Hundred Naira only (N3, 500:00) into the JAMB'S Account.

Step 2

• Use your JAMB Application Number to access KASU portal https://forms.kasu.edu.ng from your Computer OR any Mobile device.

Click on the login button (green Button).

• Your Username is your Jamb part-time Application Number (eg 12345678BG) Your Password is your JAMB Number Minus the first and last character, (eg 2345678B) taking the username above as jamb Number . Click on the link "proceed with payment to generate your payment details

. Click "pay via interswitch" i.e. green at the top of the page

• Proceed with payment of five thousand naira (N 5,000) only in to the given KASU account as processing fee.

• When successful, logout of your account and wait for 10 Minutes. Then, log in again to continue with your registration.

NOTE

1. The University will not enter into correspondence with any candidate on its decision.

2. Candidates offered provisional admission will be required to produce the originals of their credentials at the point of registration

3. Candidates are expected to pay the sum of N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira) as screening fee.
