We are writing to inform you of changes to the ongoing Medical Screening Exercise, specifically regarding attendance and slot booking systems. These adjustments aim to enhance the efficiency and convenience of the process, the new procedure is as follows:

1. Daily Capacity: The target number of students remains 200 per day.

2. Attendance Reservation: Candidates can now reserve a slot by recording their names and Remita numbers in the University Health Services' (UHS) designated attendance register, choosing their preferred date within the week.

3.Reservation Limitation: Once the daily target of 200 students is reached, names can only be recorded for the next available day.

4. Proxy Reservation: Students can authorize someone to reserve a spot on their behalf, providing the required details.

5. Scheduled Attendance: Students must arrive at the University Clinic before 8:00 AM on their scheduled day. Failure to do so may result in their reservation being invalidated.
