This is to inform all Students that Management has approved Friday, 14th April, 2023 for the conduct of 2022/2023 Students' Union Government (SUG) Election through e-voting method. 

Consequently, collection of e-voting code by students will commence on Wednesday 5th April, 2023 in the ETF 2012/2013 Building.

Students are required to go with their official school fee receipt/ID Card for the said code, in order to be eligible to vote candidates of their choice during the election. 

The schedule for the collection of e-voting is as follows:

TIMETABLE

* Wednesday 5th April, 2023 - School of Applied Sciences (10.00am - 3.00pm)

* Thursday 6th April, 2023 - School of Business and Management / School of Enterprise Programme (10.00am - 3.00pm)

* Tuesday 11th April, 2023 - School of Engineering (10.00am - 3.00pm)

* Wednesday 12th April, 2023 - School of Environmental Studies/Mass Communication (10.00am - 3.00pm)

* Thursday 13th April, 2023 - Spill-over from Schools (10.00am - 3.00pm)

N/B: Only students with e-voting code will be eligible to vote during the elections.
