Professor Esio Okitefre Oboho has been appointed the new Deputy Vice Chancellor of Akwa Ibom State University.

Before his appointment, he was the Dean of the Faculty Of Engineering in the University.

Prof. Oboho replaces Prof. E. Ibanga who before his appointment as the new Vice Chancellor of the university was the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academics of the institution.
