The form is out as said by myschool,the form is sold at #1000 and bank charges which ranges from 500 to #1000 may apply & the exam is as follows science and engineering 6th july time 11am, Arts business admins. 7th july time 11am.And candidate can purchase the form in any of this banks Zenith bank,Ecobank bank,fidelity bank,finbank and first bank all in afikpo and school premises.u can as well visit www.polyunwana.org or like their facebook page for day to day info.

Post utme form(unwana poly) is #1000 with bank charges #1000.for HND form, is #4000. Expiring date is 30th june(mid night).cut mark is 160.
