You may wish to recall that in line with the reviewed undergraduate academic Calendar for 2021/2022 session, the faculty registration was stated to hold between 14th - 27th November, 2022. However, in order to ensure that students are given enough time for the exercise, at the faculty of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology, we commenced the registration with effect from Monday 7th November 2022 a week before the commencement date and initially closed on Friday 9th December 2022 but later extended it to Friday 23rd December, 2022. This is to ensure all students have signed their CRF/Clearance and also update their files as appropriate. 

Consequent upon the above, it appears that some students are yet to signed their CRF/Clearance and did not also update their files despite the reasonable time given.

In light of the foregoing and for the last time, signing of CRF/Clearance for students who printed their CRF or collected their Clearance in January, 2023 as a result of transfer cases or other issues related to Online course registration, its hereby extended for an additional period of one (1) week I.e from Monday 9th - Friday 13th January 2023. File updates is also extended for the same period.

Students that fails to sing and update their files within the extensive period should have themselves to blame.
