The Acting Vice-Chancellor Adamawa State University, Mubi Dr. Stephen A. Lagu has announced the promotion of a Professor and three (3) Associate Professors. The Announcement was made on the floor of Senate at its 123rd Meeling held on Thursday 29th August. 2024 at the University Senate Chamber. This followed the receipt of their successful external assessment report by the University. Whie making the announcement, the Acting Vice-Chancellor congralulated the nevily promoted staff and charged them to be more dedicated to their duties and engage in ground-breaking research. 

The newly promoted staff are as follows;

1. Dr. Johnson Joseph Professor; Ecosystems, Management, (Wildlife Conservation and Management)

2. Dr. Dauda Ibrahim Bake: Reader; (Horticulture) 

3. Dr. Dorcas O. Fareo: Reader; (Guidance and Counseling

4. Dr. Danjuma Mohammed: Reader; (Accounting)
