The University of Lagos Business School (ULBS) hereby invites qualified candidates to apply for the Executive Diploma in Business Ethics and Leadership (DIP.BEL) programme, for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

Objectives

• Develop participants’ mastery in identifying and addressing challenges to enhance business sustainability.
• Equip participants with the capacity to resolve ethical dilemmas, cultivate mental alertness, and uphold moral excellence.
• Train participants to develop the wisdom to turn adversities into advantages.

Admission Requirements
Applicants with a Ph.D., Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of a First School Leaving Certificate are eligible for admission.

Why ULBS Dip.BEL?
The curriculum provides a broad and solid foundation in Business Ethics and Leadership. It deepens your understanding of how principles, concepts, and theories in ethics, business, philosophy, and related fields promote self-discipline and help develop leadership character for sustaining business success.

Programme Duration
The duration for DIP.BEL is six (6) months (Friday: 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with remote/online learning inclusive).
The Cert.Bel programme is either a five-day intensive course or spread over five weekends.

Mode of Study
Lectures, case studies, class interactions, and seminar presentations.
Intensive lectures for the certificate course (CERT.BEL) holds from Monday to Friday or over five weekends.

Certificate Awarded:
a. Executive Diploma (DIP.BEL)
b. Certificate Course (CERT.BEL): Completion of three (3) certificate programmes qualifies one for an Executive Diploma.
