The Management of Adesuen Ogundoyin Polytechnic Eruwa (AOPE) reviewed the celebration popularly called ("Signing Out") by final year students and decided to tolerate it provided the following guidelines are strictly followed;

• • Universal signing out day celebration is henceforth prohibition
• • Final year students (ND II & HND II) are directed to celebrate on the day of their last paper and must not celebrate beyond their various departmental areas/environment
• • Head of various Departments (HOD) are advised to schedule HND II and ND II final examination time to morning paper and ensure their respective HND II final examination date come up before ND II final examination 
• • Head of Departments are also to monitor their celebration activities

Any student/group of students caught violating this directive shall be arraigned before the Institution Disciplinary Committee or handed over to the police as the case may be. Thank you!
